Dear PJFC community,
Welcome to the 2021 Junior Football Season!
I hope everybody is having a great start to 2021. Reflecting on last year, I think we can all now appreciate how fortunate we have been to have had a great season of junior football. This was in a large part due to the amazing support our club receives from the local community. I would again like to thank all our players, parents and members for their ongoing support of the PJFC.
Now our attention can turn to the season ahead.
Our committee is actively working with the City of Melville and other users of the Melville Reserve facilities on planning for upgrades to our toilets, changerooms and canteen. We are looking to modernise them, making them more amenable for both our male and female teams. We’re hoping to have work commence this year… we’ll keep you posted!
As yet we have no specific Covid-19 related information for the upcoming season. Fingers crossed we have an uninterrupted season in 2021. Presently the season is looking to commence in the first week of May and run through to September.
The club will continue to remain committed to the principles of COVID-19 infection control and hygiene. We will be following protocols set out by the WAFC, State and Commonwealth Governments and ensuring all our members and players are informed on any changes.
Registrations are currently open with all relevant information available here:
As part of the registration the PJFC is happy to announce that a training shirt will be included. It’s an initiative, along with the rest of our popular merchandise that we hope will ensure that our club name and logo is well recognised in the community.
Looking forward to the season ahead,
We consider that our club is not just about our kids playing football, it is also a vital part of the local community.
We believe that’s part of the reason we were the East Fremantle District Junior Club of the Year in 2014 and 2019!
