On Saturday morning we made the trip out to Beasley Reserve to take on B / Leeming.We celebrated another special milestone, this time for “Hollywood” Sam T’s 50th game.The banner was an absolute monster with about 10 adults struggling to keep the thing up. Well done Timewell’s .Another slow start as the boys were half asleep in the first half only managing 1 goal to their 4. We were chasing kicks, not playing in our position & not wanting the 50/50 ball, but to their credit (after a half time rev up) the boys responded showing great character winning the hard ball, kicking long & playing in front, keeping them goalless as we kicked 6. A gutsy win today, with every single player doing their job. Sam T led the way & had the ball on a string for a huge 50^th. A special mention goes to Rory, Jack R & Chris T also having great games…Geno.
