2018 registrations now open

November 29th, 2017

Hello players, parents and guardians,

Palmyra Junior Football Club has now opened junior footy registrations for the 2018 season. (Auskick registrations will open in January.)

This link provides you access to register within Sports TG.

If you have registered previously, you will only have to log in and follow the steps using your registered email and password.

If you have not registered before, you will be a required to register as a new member.

Girls are encouraged to register! We will have a Y5/Y6 team, and we will want to build more girls’ teams in subsequent years.

Payment is not required at this stage; we are just gathering numbers for now.  2018 fees will be as follows:

  • Auskick $150
  • Years 3-6 $190
  • Years 7-12 $210.

Discounts will be available for multiple children from the same family.  You may have to pay in full and be reimbursed by the Club — we will keep track and be in touch.

All registrations are now to be done online.  Watch for more information about our Open Day in 2018!

Meanwhile, we hope you have a wonderful holiday break and a happy new year.

Look forward to seeing all in the new season!

Kind Regard,

PJFC Registrar (outgoing Oly Sjerp, incoming Simon Backhouse)

President’s post: PJFC needs YOU

Hi Mums, Dads and Guardians of the Palmyra Junior Football Club,

Last week, as you were aware, we held our annual general meeting.

One of the main purposes of the AGM was to elect new office-bearers to the club to keep it running for the 2018 season.  We did fill a few positions, but some important ones remain unfilled.

We need to fill the following positions pretty quickly:

Can we all come together as a football club and jump on board?  I’d like to have some nominations for the above positions to help run the club, so our kids can concentrate on playing football.

It’s a great way to connect with the local community and show your kids that everyone at one stage or another needs to be involved to help run local junior sports clubs.  And those who step up will be helped out in the position — you won’t be learning from scratch.

Please advise me ASAP if you would like to fill one of the above jobs.

Thanks,
Ross
